Which VAG Cable
Hi can anyone let me know hat type of vac cable do I need for my A4 Avant B6 2002. I have seem a few on ebay and the price varies considerably. Also do i have to go with serial or can I use USB.

Serial or USB - depends on what ports the laptop you intend to use has. Don't use a USB to serial converter - Ross-Tech will not support you if you do.
I use a Dell Inspiron 510m with a HEX-COM+CAN cable.
For your 2002 B6 A4 you don't need a CAN cable so either the HEX-COM or HEX-USB will be fine for you.
