As Muetze said, pin 13 in connector D (U14 St DSP - Radio On) should give you a switched 12V+ which is on when the radio is on. However, the RNS-E does not immediatly power off its amp when it shuts down. It may take up to 30 minutes before the amp (and devices connected to that pin) power off.
