What's new on the 2006 US map DVD and 0110 firmware?

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before, but a search didn't turn up anything that seemed authoritative on the topic.

I know that the 0110 firmware adds the clock to the bottom of the screen, and I know it's required to get Bluetooth going. Is there anything else interesting that it adds or fixes? I'm most interested in whether the MP3 randomizing bug is fixed (change tracks manually and randomizing disables) and whether any more detailed info on MP3s or satellite radio is sent to the DIS (right now it's using a large font and only showing a few characters). I suspect they're both still unchanged...

How about the map data? Is there some site that provides info on the updated coverage?

If this is all answered elsewhere, please feel free to point me to another thread.

Thanks,
Scott

the MIX function is NOT fixed..

i thought the mute/pause function was going to be added (as seen on the EU software), but it does not seem to be..

i havent found anything other than the clock and TEL..
icons for highway exits are upgraded so when you drive you will see food and hotel info in turn notification area (gray bozes on the left)

That's actually pretty cool. How far in advance does it show that info? If it's just as your approaching the exit, it's probably not incredibly useful, but if its a few miles in advance, that's a great new feature!

Oh well, that was already the case for the latest US firmware. There seem to be fewer & fewer features on the 2006 DVD.
Slightly off topic but where did you actually get the new '06 DVD? I checked on www.navteq.com and it tells me "No updates available"... TIA
DVD is available via NAVTEQ...usually they don't distribute that's why it's not on their site.

Those new icons ale located on "turn list" area so you will see them from few miles away. This is great feature if you areon long trip and looking for oasis, parking or hotel.
Isnt that really on the "Highway Info" list... it shows the next few exits on the highway, even if you are not in a route that would trigger a "turn list". I could be wrong though, but isn't the turn list just showing the next few turns on your planned route?
Correct ...when you don't have any adress entered it is not going to show.
