For the front speakers on non-Bose systems.

Maybe. With Bose you have to have the "Bose pin" connected and front/rear pre-out wired. Without Bose you have to have the front speakers wired, rear pre-out wired and Bose pin not connected.
If this adapter has the speaker wires and the front/rear pre-out wires plus the Bose pin connected, you could use it for a Bose system.
