Kufatec,

Are you sure you have the adapter for the RNS-E to 2000 S4 with Symphony I? I need the adapter to have the CD changer/tel/bose and canbus wires connected. The reason I am asking a second time, is that someone send an email earlier that said you don't have the adapter. I see you have fedex 2day shipping. How long before you can ship it? same day after payment? will you take paypal?

Not to knock your support for the group and your product offerings but it's obvious most of this group speaks English.

Your definitely gaining sales from the board. How about you work towards making your site English friendly. I see you have a nice new starting page. I've tried a few times to look for items but find your site more than frustrating when trying to get a description. I've purchased about 18 antenna wires from my local dealer with trial and error because it was safer than trying to purchase a mistake from a website I couldn't understand or translate properly.

What you do is up to you but I think you will find that if your descriptions are there, and English is available and not just the British flag which doesn't help much, you'll probably find that business will increase.

Just my two cents and unfortunately lost business.

Wenn es so weit ist, koente Ich auch mit der uebersetzung helfen.

RNS-E adapter cable

For those who got the XM working (PROXUS?) Does the RNS-E adapter harness need any special wires for the Satellite radio or does it use the CD changer connectors? I am getting an RNS-E adapter from Kufatec and he wrote he's going to have connectors for "Bose:Yes, CD: Yes, Telephone: Yes". Do I need something for XM as well or does it use the CD?

CDC is fine. You need to have XM for RNS-E though....part # with "E" in the end. See part number post.

New Audi Navigation Plus

Hello sorry for my english but i am italian.
I have got an Audi A3 new model with this system installed.....
New Audi Navigation Plus with tv tuner and Bose system.
I woulkd like to know if someone can tell me wich telefon system and cradle do i have to install to use properly with my audi navigation plus.
I want to use with this sistem the button that i have on audi plus.
So the telefon has to be integrated on system.
Please answer me as soon as possible.

base don what I read so far, there is currently no handsfree set where the TEL button does much more than answering the call. And this only works with one of the (three?) OEM Bluetooth handsfree sets. You can get an aftermarket handsfree kit, connect it to the RNS-E to hear the voice through the build-in speakers and mute the RNS-E during a call, but that's as much as you can get...

Well, let's see if I can then solve my needs:

I have a B7 (8E) S4 Avant with RNS-E...

I already have the CD Changer in the glove box (so the connections are there, from factory).

I bought a VW PathBox which comes with a slightly different cabling...

I also have the original CD Changer harness which I bought from AUDI (the long one as it have to reach the trunk): 4B0051735B ( sincerely my one is a "A" version, not the "B" ... :? ).

I want to install the PhatBox in the trunk, but I don't want to loose the CD Changer usability, not I want to connect the PhatBox trough the TV inputs provided...

I'm supposed to receive also ADAPTER 000-051-592-A next week, but really, should I be able to find the correct setup, the problem is that I want
to use both: CD Changer AND PhatBox, even if this will involve having a switch in the car...

Any other hint ?
