US bluetooth phone module coding

A few questions - I have older car B5 with RNS-e and i cannot update the coding for the phone module...

Does anyone have access to a car or bench setup i could have this done at?

I am in San Francisco, Ca.

If not nearby any possibility someone could find and code a unit then send it?

OR

if i need to use a car to code it what can i use in US? where is the unit located in the cars?


Otherwise if i can't code it only thing i miss is number in DIS and voice control right?
