The US manual wouldn't help in the UK anyway because the software is different and the feature vary quite a lot.
UK RNS-E User Manual Part Code
I have purchased a UK RNS-E manual from an Audi Dealer. The cost was a mere £6.75 plus VAT!! Not the £15 or so for a second hand one on eBay!
The Part Code is: 241.562.729.20
The US part codes are not recognised on the UK dealer system
