Greetings Audi Enthusiasts!

I am in the process of buying my convertible Audi, and the only known issue it has is, that the sunroof and the trunk are not automatically opening.

The owner tells me that she took it to the dealer and they told her it's a fuse that's burned out. and that it is an easy and inexpensive fix. Has anyone else had this problem with theirs? Is that what happened to your car? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

"sunroof"?? "automatically"?? I've owned a 2014 since new, and I have no idea what you mean. The top and the trunk both are operated electrically/hydraulically, but neither do anything automatically. And did you replace the fuse, or not?
Yes, I also don't know very well what the subject means.
If the dealership told her that, they should’ve changed it. Be careful buying an Audi as some of their parts (alternators) are made in Ukraine and not available. My A6 has been in the shop 105 days awaiting an alternator.
It's really like this, I really have a headache about it.
Thank you for replying! I know nothing about mechanics, that's the best way I can explain it. 😄
It sounds like it could be a fuse, that's what the owner is saying that it is the fus, but that the car needs to be brought to the dealer for them to change it. I don't mind bringing it to the dealer to get the fuse changed, my fear is that it could be something else. That's why I am inquiring to see of anyone else has had this issue before.
I think I kind of figured out that I really had to further determine what it was.
