I have tried burning the files to both a DVD and CD. No luck. How do you do this with a Mac?

Thanks in advance.

In 10.4....

0. Unzip the downloaded file. It unzips into a folder.
1. Launch 'Disk Utility' from the /Applications/Utilities folder
2. In 'Disk Utility', do File --> New --> Disk Image From Folder...
3. Pick the unzipped folder from step 0 above.
4. You will be prompted for a location to save the diskimage. In the lower part of that save dialogue, set 'Image Format' to 'DVD/CD Master', and then 'Save'
5. When it finishes, in 'Disk Utility' click the 'Burn' icon and in the ensuing dialogue pick the .cdr file you created in step 4 above.
6. Insert a blank DVD-R when prompted.

That should do it for you.
