Just wondering i got a symphony II with sirius radio on it. I was planning on getting a RNS-E and was wondering if the Sirius plug would fit fine and work with the RNS-E. I think I read somewhere that it doesn't work, and that you need a differnt reciever.

If you have a MY 2005 Audi you may already have the correct receiver, if your Audi is older then it's likely that you will need to upgrade your receiver. The only way to tell for sure is to take a look at the part number. If you have a "D" (Sirius) or "E" (XM) receiver then it will work with the RNS-E.

It's not the "plug" that changed, it's the data communication protocols.
how do i check the part number?
thanks
Chris
It's on a big sticker on top of the tuner. The tuner is tucked away behind one of your trunk panels.
