The parrot is designed to be connected between your existing radio and speaker harness, so it has an ISO connector to connect to the speaker pins on your radio as well as the car's speaker wire harness. However, you don't want to use Parrot's mounting method (which is what it looks like you're currently trying to do).

Since the RNS-E has a dedicated telephone input, you want to connect the Parrot's speaker output to the RNS-E, rather than mounting it inline between the RNS-E and the car's speakers. You can safely clip off the "radio" side wires, and you only need one pair of speaker side wires to go to the RNS-E. (You can clip off the rest)

Here's how the wiring looks on my Parrot kit:

Parrot 12v switched wire -> power distribution block under steering wheel
Parrot 12v constant wire -> power distribution block under steering wheel
Parrot ground wire -> ground point in driver's footwell
Parrot mute wire -> RNS-E TEL NF pin
Parrot left front speaker positive output wire -> RNS-E TEL + pin
Parrot left front speaker negative output wire -> RNS-E TEL - pin
