Hi all,
I'm new to theses forums and and have a couple of questions i hope you guys can answer....

Does the RNS-E display any other car status information other than tyre presure. I.E outside temp Fuel Economy ETC. I ask this becaus my B7 never came with DIS as the car was speced for another customer so i never got the chance to order it. and i figured this may be an easy way to get these features..
If this is not possible does anyone know if you can retro fit DIS and ehat components would i need.

If you have the red dot matrix display with check control (all those icons for oil, brakes, water, etc.) then you should be able to upgrade to the DIS by installing a new wiper switch (involves removing the steering wheel) and making some VAG-COM changes. The RNS-E will not display any of those information.
