I just contected an official Greece dealer (Karenta) and they told me that they only have a cd for the older RNS-D, not the RNS-E. They told me that they don't know when the RNS-E disc will be available. Another dealer (from whom i bought my 2005 A4) told me that some customers have bought custom discs with Greek maps but only for athens, not the entire country. That suits me well, as i live in Athens. He said that he will let me know in a few days about that. I will post any updates to this as i'm very interested in using my RNS-E instead of the Garmin GPS unit i'm using now for navigation.
