In this case your upgrade should be very similar to what Justin did, see http://www.navplus.us/forum/viewtopic.php?p=208&highlight=#208 for his story and lots of pitcures.
You will need the 4B0 035 192R unit, the adapter harness from Kufatec or similar, a GPS antenna and an antenna adapter. Check the cables/adapters/antennas forum, there are pictures and several refernces to people/companies who offer those adapters.

Your GPS antenna is in the back. Unless you want to route a cable from the back to the dash, it would be easier to install a new GPS behind the instrument cluster.

I have only found this one: http://shop.kufatec.de/product_info.php/cPath/47_54/products_id/122 from Kufatec. It can be used to extend the GPS antenna from the BNS (small Audi Navigation system with display in instrument cluster only) to the front radio cage.
