Is this the correct part number 4B0 035 192 R for 2003 Audi RS6? Are there any additional parts I need to install it? I also want to install the TV tuner as well as dvd player. What are the other necessary wires, cables, etc part numbers? I have the factory navigation that works off the small little center screen. It is not an older navi plus version, probably more antique than the previous navi +

Bose symphony II (this was std on all RS6 in the u.s.) and yes, I am from California.

You will need the 4B0 035 192R unit, the adapter harness from Kufatec or similar, a GPS antenna and an antenna adapter. Check the cables/adapters/antennas forum, there are pictures and several refernces to people/companies who offer those adapters.

I already have the factory GPS navigation unit. Do I still need an additional GPS antenna for the RNS-E upgrade?

Your GPS antenna is in the back. Unless you want to route a cable from the back to the dash, it would be easier to install a new GPS behind the instrument cluster.

I have only found this one: http://shop.kufatec.de/product_info.php/cPath/47_54/products_id/122 from Kufatec. It can be used to extend the GPS antenna from the BNS (small Audi Navigation system with display in instrument cluster only) to the front radio cage.
