We had a problem and the battery went dead for about 20 hours. Now the nav unit wants a pin number to reactivate. The dealer seems to be at a loss getting it via Audi. I guess their support hasn't had this problem of finding the pin for a specific unit. What do do?? Reply This site or [email protected]

If you look in the manual for the RNS-E, the PIN and serial number should be on the first page. If it's not there, there is a very small chance that there is a sticker on the RNS-E itself, visible when you pull it out. If it's not there either you dealer will need to contact Audi to request a PIN lookup based on the RNS-E serial number.
