I have followed the directons from TeddyBGame. i can hit the mode key and find einstellungen then hit the knob. on the next menu i can not turn the know to access Sprache wnen. to turn it to english. Is the unit broken?

You must first have the navigation disk in and activated. If not, then the only option for Settings is Eject CD. Is that what you are seeing?

The custumer did not drop off the cd when he dropped off the car for the install. I have to wait for him to bring me a cd to check it.
Who is chad?
