Replacing RNS-E with Aftermarket Radio

I bought a Dual radio and adapter harness from Crutchfield for a 2006 A3 with a Bose sound system.

I removed the RNS-E and hooked up the new radio and harness.

The radio starts up and seems to get radio and Bluetooth but there is no sound from the speakers.

Does anyone have an idea what I'm missing? Crutchfield cannot help.
