They are only reflectors, if you want them to light up, you need to install the light package.

I don't know anything about the wiring of the Warning Lights in the rear doors - but it should be possible to enable something in the door control box 62 (left side) and 72 (right side) ??

You can try if you can find the right pin with a tester - or maybe someone with the Warning Lights installed can give you the correct pin.

When do you get the 10V - with open and/or closed door ??

You should only get the 10V with the door open.

If the old coding value was 2 and you needed to add 8 then the new coding value should be 10
