With the US software 0020/0040 or Euro software up to 0140 you have to reduce the volume. With the Euro software 0330/0360 you can push the volume button once to mute the radio or pause MP3/CD but this feature doesn't exist yet in the US software.
Radio mute - ?
When in Nav mode how do you turn off the radio - is it just reducing the volume or is there another way?I do not want to turn off the unit/nav just the radio or cd? Thanks

The OEM phone interface supports voice commands if used together with the multi-function steering wheel. The RNS-E itself would need to be a HIGH unit and there is a lot of confusion about what makes a unit a HIGH unit. Right now, based on what I read so far, on the Euro 8E0 035 192 H can be fully controlled via voice commands. With all other units you will need the OEM phone interface with the correct index and a multi function steering wheel.wojtekh said:Thanks - btw awesome forum!
