It sounds like the GPS antenna is kaput. If you cancel all navigation, turn off unit, turn of engine, get out of car, lock up. Go and have a brew / bacon buttie / sh*g / sh*t / whatever for an hour or so. Then turn on radio, press Navigation button, but don't select a route. Instead, just select the map display - is the arrow (car position) located correctly - is it showing your car located where it ACTUALLY is (your home if that is where you actually are), or is it indicating somewhere else? If it shows somewhere else - then the Navi unit is not getting a GPS signal. While still on the map display, press the right round knob again, and you should get the GPS screen (black backround with red lettering), it should show you if you are actually receiving a GPS signal, and yould also tell you your location co-ordinates.Dec said:
