question on nav update cd creation for new US firmware

okay so i have created a couple version of the update disk using the new 2a US dvd. I will stick one in tonight when i get home but wanted to see a couple thigns first.

First off i have EU unit updated to US and have that update cd.

The issue is if i follow exact directions on making update cd i end up with 2 differences:

1) there are actually 2 lines with APL
-in my original update cd only the first was changed the second was not and it worked fine

2)In the INDEX.TXT file the AUDVER:A2210126 does not match actual name of MOT file on the update cd - the actual MOT file has not had name changed to euro name "A2210126.MOT" but left as US name "A2220109.MOT"
-again the update worked fine

which update cd to use?

i was going to use the one i made identical to update cd except of course for inserted values which means has the 2 items mentioned 1) second APL line is left as is in US 2a 2) I do not change the MOT file name but leave it as is US 2a
