question about CD changer

if you order the DVD navigation with the car, say a 2006 S4, it comes with a 6 CD changer. Do you have to take that out if you want to add a DVD player like the Blaupunkt ME3? Or is there other ways to do so? Or will it cause some error, etc?

nope. They operate off of two different inputs. Search the forum for the Dietz 1280 and 1417 devices. You will need them to run a A/V input (like the ME3). See my sig below for my ME3 install.

Also, you will need to add a toggle switch as part of the install to "re-enable" the speed sensor wire...IF...you want video in motion.
