Hi,

I've installed a C-Navi into my 1998 C5 A6 ...and have tried to get the Radio and Navigation info displaying in the DIS. I have followed the info on Dan's site and now have the radio information showing ...but no Navigation info ....

I have added 16000 to the value I had in module 17 - instruments (was 05460 - now 21460)

I have changed code for the Navi in 56 -Radio to 00417 (I know 4 is not listed as an option on the site for 3rd digit but car was previously 00400).

My car has Bose and CD Changer. (CD changer was previously working fine by the way )

In Navigation (37) as I have c-navi I only have 4 channels ...1 and 2 were fine (tyre size / pulses etc as I set those throught the Navi unit). Chanell 3 was 0, and Channel 4 was 1.

There were no faults showing on any of the 3 modules.

I assume that if I have the radio info (two lines - shows radio name and preset location) then the clock/data/enable lines are all there and working fine - is that right ?

Any ideas on what might be wrong ??

you're not mentioning anything about a TMC box... do you have one of these?

no TMC needed with C-navi.

I would check with Paul Waterloo ([email protected]). He as a c-navi nav+ in his 1997/1998 D2 A8.

Can l put my audi a6 1998 1.9 tdi car navigation plus ? its look there is no place for navigation, what do l have to do?
