so i came across this post from AudiA4B6US and although i had vaguely heard about pins removal i wasn't quite sure it was actually possible...
if i can save my buddy some $$$ by not having to use a new set of wires that would be great...
so does anyone know more about the "paper-clip" technic AudiA4B6US is refering too? and has anyone had experience borrowing these tools from the stealership?
TIA!!!
so i went in the "archives" and found these 2 links from TeddyBGame...AudiA4B6US said:… You will need to remove the wires using a special tool (Ted was talking about this tool several times) or a paper clip which you insert to unlock the wires and remove them...
well as i'm about to take the CD Nav+ out of my car to transfer it over to someone else car, i wanted to know more about that...TeddyBGame said:I have the pin removal tools for behind the Symphony I if you need to borrow them
