OEM BT kit install in A4 B6 with original Telematics

Tomorrow I have to install an OEM Bluetooth Kit in my A4B6 equipped with original AUDI NOKIA 6010 and telematics.
Does anybody know where is the original module?mounted in the car?

It is possible to remove the Euro Telematics according to a recent discussion on a4-freunde.com. The interface should be located unter the passenger seat, same place as the phone interface. After removing the Telematics interface the cluster and multifunction steering wheel should be recoded.
