New here

I have a 2010 A6. I need help to see if there is a hack to reset the car. I drove it in the morning then parked it outside work for 6 hours. Went to start it and I got nothing. No lights on dashboard, no indication of it recognizing the key at all. Tried to start it and again nothing. Now the key is in the ignition and won’t come out. It’s not the battery, tried jumping it thinking that was the issue. I feel like it’s an electrical issue but it won’t give me any code issues when I hook it up to my code reader
