It's a second time I bumped into picture of NAV+ with really nice looking street view. 3D view looks more realistic... I suspect that this in new software/maps which is available for EU models and hopefully coming to US this August.

It's not the new software. I was playing with my EU unit yesterday using the Euro 2004/0050 DVD and got this:

And I think this picture is photoshoped because Audi never offered the RNE-E with the red DIS (but this may be a Germany only statement)...

Did you try the same with US maps?
Just wonder if they include the same view option.

NO, my EU unit (sw 0100) never showed the 3D highway view with the US DVD...

I only got this view on the Autobahn. This view helps on big Autobahnkreuze .

You got an RNS-E in your A2? Or is this only your screen name?

Yes, I fitted an RNS-E in my A2. Was 5 hours of hard work. Yuu find some pictures in the German Audi A2 Board (see here!)
