:shock: Check out what appears to be a new IMU version from Dietz supporting not only digital TV tuner but now DVD player also controlled from the RNS-E unit itself (i.e. you don't need separate remote control):

That's pretty neat... but it looks like you are stuck with their DVD player since it uses an IR repeater to control it.

Since our HDTV is different from DVB-T then that part isn't going to help much for the USA crowd.

I have that IMU with the DVB tuner and it only works with that tuner (if you want control it from the RNS-E). Anyway I've made a small interface so I can control also a HDD player and it works ok.

The IMU works fine, the tuner is shit, but I think that you could use the IMU with a US-compatible DVB tuner.
