I've looked over the site and can't seem to find instructions for operating the pre-plus navigation that's in my 2000 A6. I can't seem to find any of the correct streets and many of the options that I see I can't access. I'm sure it's just operator error because otherwise this nav is useless. I might be spoiled by the other navigation units I have in other cars but this unit can't possibly be that worthless. Thanks for the help.

I don't think that many here upgraded from the basic navigation system but if you don't have the manual you can get a new one from your dealer (or see here for an alternate source) for only a few $$.
