multifunction steering wheel

I,am geting ready to do a steering wheel swap from a 3 spoke tiptronic to 4 spoke tiptronic multifunction in a 02 a4 .
i already have the steering wheel (thanks to mutz) should be getting the multifunction with phone button airbag in a coupple days.

did a search but only found post that started with no complete info.
can anyone give some help on this?

Since you have a B6 with tip wheel, it will be plug and play.

For others with B5 or C5 this would be more work... while the S/C ring will still be fine in this case, these cars will have to add a MFSW control unit and do some rewiring to make it all work. The difference in wiring is detailed below. Again, B6 or B7 owners don't have to worry about this part.

Here's the pins that connect your wheel to the SC ring:

Hey thanks for your help. i just cnt not figure out those pins, i have a wheel like the one you are selling with no heat .
i also bought a new harness from the dealer that comes with the airbag plug self cancling ring plug two wire plug like the one u got that are two blue wire, they don,t match the modules that i have , what are those for ?
i upload some pics to the album of the items that i,am working with ,
can u take a look at them and give and let me know what u think?

You can just email me the full size pictures. You can click on my email button below. I'll take a look and post my opinions. I'll need a good photo of the inside of the steering wheel where all the wires attach.
