MFD2 / RNS2 adapter for RNS-E ???

I am looking into buying the MFD2 / RNS2:

can anyone confirm this adapter will work in an RNS-E? I want to add a ME3 to my A4 B5.

Will most likely not work. Different plug, different CAN. And you saw that this adapter only supports PAL, not NTSC, did you?
