If you modified the faceplate to fit in a A3 then it won't fit in an A4 anymore. It would be best to leave it in the car since you can't get a new faceplate. At least not easily.

i have fitted an RNS-E to my s3 2001, but now i want to sell so i am thinking of taking the rns-e out and fitting it in the new car which will be an audi a4.
all i want to know is, will it fit ok?
