Yes if you did a faceplate swap afaik you can get it working in your B6, but as you're in the US then I assume the 193 version is available in the US now, try asking Haaggie or Rabbit on here for a definitive answer or PetrolDave.

See my signature - I've got a 193 working in my 2006 B7 RS4.

Things that don't work:
- speed limit display (needs messages on the Infotainment CAN that the B6/B7 don't have).
- RS4 startup screen (not in the new software)

It should work just as well in your 2003 B6 A4.
