Is this the right adapter??

I was wondering if this adapter I purchased is the right one. I have a Bose system with no phone. I plan on adding a CD changer in the future and have the wiring already installed. If the adapter in the pics is not the correct one, which is. And, what other adapters will I need (IE antenna adapter)? Thanks in advance for any info. OK how do I upload images to this ???[/siteimg]
