I wanted to swap out the Symphony II in my B6 S4 with the new Nav system(s)? It would be even better if there was someone who could do the install for me. I checked out the install and it seems a bit involved. How much would it cost me?

with correct cables it is pretty much plug-n-play..

you will also need the removal keys or just have the audi dealer pull your old radio -- but the keys are cheap just get them..

VAG-COM is usually only necessary to get NAV info on the DIS (screen on the instrument cluster).. you should be able to find some one with a VAG-COM in the area..

the hardest part (which really isnt that bad) is the GPS antenna.. either behind the cluster or above the glovebox is fairly easy to get to..

i think you find, it is a pretty easy job..

OK real data point. I just sold a system to Dan on this board, for his allroad, we helped him do his install on his 2004 Allroad, I think all the installation time for his set-up was 3 hours and that included Pizza break and doing some vag-com help to set some features on his car and test drives. We also had to pull his instrument cluster, which added time.

So where I am going is that you do not need to pull your cluster if you do not want, save that time, and have an installation time of about 2 hours max.

If you want to drive to Colorado you can buy the system from me and get installation help.

Implied in this is that I sell complete systems, Nav DVD System, adapters, antenna, DVD, etc... Hope this helps.
