I'm reading these installs and it's making me salivate...they have this for the VW's but all the posts so far has been for the Audi's. Has anyone done it yet?

I would recommend to check this forum: http://www.vwnavi.com/vwnavi/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=28. The guys over there are dealing with similar issues, like which CAN do I have/need, where to get maps and so on. It looks like one guy actually got the MFD2 installed in his Golf 4 which is like installing the RNS-E in a A4 B5.
