How do you get the unit to play DVD's while the car is movin

if you have the OEM TV tuner you will not need the Dietz 1417..

for video in motion you will need the Dietz 1280 (for A4/A3)..

to listen to audio CDs on your RNS-E you need a DVD player capable of playing CDs hooked up to either the OEM TV tuner or the 1417.. you do not need the 1280 to hear audio.. just the screen is blanked out when you are moving..
