Never mind, got it out by waiting about 30 minutes and it spit it put.

HELP !
I installed a update disc and it said "unreadable disc" and now it wont open the cover to eject it.
Anyone have any similiar problems, any suggestions.
It was a disc I received from a member here, he also sent me the files over an email that I tried before inserting the one he sent me thru regular mail and now I cant eject it all it says now is "please insert nav. disc".
Any help appreciated, would a reboot help if so how do I do that.
