Hi,

I have just got a used S4 2004. The car came without the navegation dvd, so I bought a DVD from the dealer with the Euro Maps, and when I insert it in the unit it displays a message saying "unknown files"

Can you help me please?

In the front cover of the dvd case says : Audi MMI.

Is because of this that is not working?

Very probably - the RNS-E is NOT MMI.

You need a DVD that says on the front cover "Audi Navigation plus (RNS-E)".
The latest one is the 2006_1 version with Audi part number 8P0 919 884 K.
