Does anyone know what the differences are between the 100, 130 and 140 firmware?

More importantly does anyone have a copy of the 130 and/or 140 firmware?

0100 is on the 2005 (not 2005.1 or 2005.2) map DVD, 0130 was never released and 0140 is only available via software update CD through a dealer in Europe. I'm also looking for the 0140 update CD but haven't had any luck yet.
