Fault found In RNS-E

I bought Ross-Tech cable last October. :D Thanks of it and of suggestions from this Forum I've found solutions for all my retrofit except
per this fault code that i cleared a lot of times and it is always there:
Address 56: Radio
Part No: 8E0 035 192 C
Component: RNS-E HIGH EU H50 0450
Coding: 0309716
Shop #: WSC 28100

1 Fault Found:
00858 - Connection; Radio ZF Output to Antenna Amplifier
011 - Open Circuit

I just changed my antenna self-made adapter with the right -one from Kufatek thinking this was the reason but nothing has changed. I controlled all the connections in the car and everything looks ok. My radio perfectly works and also TMC but when I connect Vag-com I always see that fault.
Any help will be appreciated.

Did you clear all faults after swapping the antenna adapter? If not it may be a left over form before. The RNS-E is not really turned off when the display is off and if you connected power before connecting the antenna, this error may show up. ZF is the diversity antenna (on the right looking at the ocnnector from the back).
Agreed. This fault means that the diversity antenna is not connected. It is possible that if your vehicle is not equipped with a diversity antenna then you will never be able to clear this code. Do you have two antenna connectors in your car, or just one?

Yes, obviously,I've cleared all faults after changing adapter, I have properly connected the right antenna diversity, Sometimes after cleared this fault I push the hard-reset also and when I restart the RNS-E and if I use it with SD's or AV-Inputs but Not RADIO or TV and I control the page "CODING" in Engeneering-Mode (Did you Know that trick?) I can read " DTC=0": I verify with Vag-com and it gives "No faults found" if I start RNS-E in Radio or TV the Fault arrives immediatly. In my car I have the Diversity properly connected to the amplifier and the 2 antenna Modules R108-R109 are plugged. As I told in my post, Radio and TMC seems to be working. Searching the origin of this error I've tought also to the connections of my previous TMC Interface (I had the Naviplus-D mounted)now the in-out antenna plugs are connected togheter. Do you think this could cause the fault?

I have found that typically if things are connected improperly, the fault code will read "short to ground" or "short to B+"... the only time I get an "open circuit" code is when something is just not connected. Sounds like you have a special case, and it will take some serious troubleshooting.

I agree "open circuit" means something not connected but what is the problem. If there is a serious troubleshooting why the radio and television are working? I will verify all the circuitations of the antennas cables another time.
this is common error showing always when you disconnect your nav. Nothing serious ust clear it out.
Check the FAKRA connector for the diversity antenna. You wouldn't be the first one who is missing the middle pin and therefore gets a open circuit fault shown.

Checked the FAKRA connector and  ............incredible the diversity adapter was covered by adhesive tape and  ...it was disconnected  . This means since three month I have this bloody, too short, adapter  disconnected and as it was fixed by the tape for me it seemed ok.
I feel stupid but finally I am happy  for having made mine vag-scan and not to see any fault found.
Sorry to have raised a stupid question :? and many thanks to AudiA4B6US that gave me the right answer :( .
Ciao
