What is the value in channel 62? And what was the value before you made any change?

If you don't have OnStar installed (e.g. if you replaced OnStar with the BT interface) you have to substract 8 from the current value in channel 62.

Before value is 21, new value is 25.

21 was already 16+1+4 (cluster+radio+navi enabled). By adding 4 you disabled navi (-4) and enabled telematics (+8), which is probably not installed and therefore causing an error. Set the old value of 21 (or 23 if you have the OEM phone interface), clear the faults and you should be fine.
