I recently bought a RNS-E From poland which was converted to US Spec. I am currently In USA. After installing the unit, I noticed there was no insert for my radio plug, hence the radio does not even pick up static?.....

Is there a converter from the two circular pieces in the back of my RNS-E to a US Spec Radio plug?

I upgraded an Audi A4 2005 Symphony II head unit to a RNS-E

Also:

I am looking for a multimedia adaptor, and US Spec (East Coast) Navigation DVD. Please contact me if you are selling any of these items!

If you had a Symphony II then your car has an 50 ohm ISO plug for the main antenna and a FAKRA connector for the diversity antenna. The RNS-E has a dual FAKRA connector for both, so you are looking for an ISO/Fakra to dual FAKRA adapter. Something like this:
