What would running 0450 (from the 2006 DVD) give you that you can't do with 0460 (on the 2006_1 DVD)?

Same question, what would get get from 0460 if you are running now 0500 (which is the only version greater than 0460)? Or do you want to upgrade because you are running now a version older than 0460?
