Do the rumours say if the 2005_3 EU DVD will have more features (like TMC working in the UK?), or just updated mapping (roads that were built 3 years ago still are not on the map!).

No details, just the comment that there will be a new DVD.

Maybe they will remove the signatures and the US units can use a hacked disc again. hahahahahahah

Will the new DVD finally also have a setting to put in Dutch?

No.. they don't expect any language updates in Dutch yet.
Since the dutch government is completely out of their mind with those car-taxes of 45%, it's much to expensive to buy a factory nav.

If you're lucky there might be an update end of 2006.. But don't be surprised if there won't be any dutch update ever..

Sounds like a perfect opportunity to hack that voicedat.kwi and compile a Dutch version :wink:

Don't know if anybody here is interested in this but the 2006 Euro DVD with software 0450 is out, Audi part number 8P0 919 884 J. No information about who makes them, whether UK TMC is included or swhat the software chanegs are. But if someone gets this new DVD I would appreciate if you would send me a note, I have a couple of questions.

I've tried to order one in the UK, but they are on back order

Anyway of finding out what changes have been made before buying it....

Software is supposed to be 0450 and the map data is rumored to be 3 months newer. That's all I read so far. No details on what might have changed in the new software.

Wonder if TMC is enabled for UK yet...

UK TMC Not on the new disc

Just tried to order the new 2005_3 DVD and asked my Audi dealer to look into what is on the new disc.
basically its just a map update TMC for the UK is not on the new realease he told me the TMC disc for the UK will be available in April 2006 for the A3 and A4 RNS E and if you want the new updated maps the disc in the Uk from Audi is £330 i was quoted so i guess it would be worth holding off untill April, dont know if the is any software changes he didnt know

Think i will wait too.......
