Where would I send my RNS-E unit in to have the DVD drive replaced? It appears to be a component that could be replaced, and mine has spit out a lever and spring that helps DVDs load into place. There appears to be a part number on the drive of DV33M32A4431KC04.

Thanks

Forget about the german guys (SC Kempf)..
These people live in the stone age and only offer repair service on Betamax Video Recorders. :)

I asked them a question about a display for a RNS-Unit.. they thought the RNS-E system was made by Grundig.

I wished him goodnight....

they service audio equipment such as harman/kardon and others.. they work on home equipment as well.. they probably dont know much specifically about the RNS-E, but apparently they can fix what is inside..
