All you need is the adobe acrobat reader. Free from www.adobe.com.

I have Mac with build in PDFreader, but no chance to open the File.
EDIT: I tried with Adobe Acrobat 7 Proffessional and this works!

Glad you got it working. I think reader version 6.0 or higher is required.
