Does anyone know if it's possible for the nav unit to NOT automatically change to night display when the headlights are engaged? There's an option for this on my touareg nav system but i cant seem to locate a similar option on the audi.

not sure. Sounds like this is hardcoded into the firmware. Personally, I like the black display (even during the daytime).

You can always just press the "display" button manually to get the daytime display back....when you are driving at night.
