Hello!

Today my looong waiting was rewarded. I finally recieved my can bus emulator and installed and got it working. I have now 1999 A6 without can bus and RNS-E. Illumination working, ignition working, cd-changer working , bose amp. working. So only thing missing is FIS.. but it is hard to miss something that you never had :) i will post later some pics. of this installation.... Next thing is the BlueTooth and Dietz video input....

I will have those with another shipment ;)
I have puchased the same can bus adapter for my 1999 c5 but i dont know where the white wire goes from the can bus unit ( the instructions are in german)

Is says:
wieb = rückwertsgang (12V = Rückwerts /0V = Vorverts)
"Rückwertsgang" is reverse, the wire should be 12V if you are in revers and 0V if you aren't.

OEM BT will not work without a cluster

I would assume that OEM SAT tuner will not work as well......under those circumstances. This has yet to be determined.
